Spring Cleaning Reading

So I've been thinking, I have a lot of sequels to get to.  It happens surprisingly often that I start a new series and never continue on with it because I see a new, shiny book that I want to pick up.  I've decided that for spring, I'm going to get onto continuing series that I stopped - a take on the idea of spring cleaning.  Since I live in Australia, spring starts in September, and at that point, I'm going to start clearing out my unfinished series (that I want to continue, of course) along with the books that I own, but have yet to read.  So without further ado, here is the longest TBR list in history!

August Wrap Up

So maybe August wasn't my best month in terms of blogging - okay, it definitely wasn't - but I did have a fairly good reading month!  I read eight books and I'm currently in the middle of some others.  Here's the books.

Little Update

This is just a quick little update to say that I'm going to be away from blogging properly for about another week!  I've already been gone for two weeks today, but I'm going to be taking more time off.  Unfortunately a lot has come up with uni (I have over 5 assignments and assessment tasks over the next couple weeks) so I'm just not able to commit to posting regularly.  In saying that, I have two posts in mind that I'm hoping to get out before the end of August - so we'll see if that happens!

I know that I'm really slack with constantly posting - I think I've taken at least a week off every month this year - so sorry about that.  Hopefully you will forgive me :P

I'm still reading blogs and books, but after long days of uni work, I just haven't felt up to writing posts myself.

Top Ten Most Read Authors

I wasn't going to do this week's Top Ten Tuesday (hosted by The Broke and the Bookish), because I just did last week's, but then I decided I really wanted to and so here I am.  I could swear I already did a similar post to this, but I can't find it, so I guess I didn't!  Anyway, these are the top ten authors that I have read - including children's books (that I have recorded on Goodreads, since I'm going off their automatically generated most read authors list) and also shared pseudonyms.

5 Problems I Have When Review Writing

I'm not exactly new to this blogging thing anymore (though sometimes it feels like it), and I've begun to notice that I consistently have the same issues when I'm writing my reviews - and a lot of them are to do with my memory.  You'd think that would encourage me to write my reviews a lot quicker than I do...  Anyway, I'm thinking that maybe if I acknowledge these problems, I am one step on the way to fixing them...?
